JERRY MURAD'S HARMONICATS LP Releases From the Collection of Danny Wilson

This is a list of Jerry Murad's Harmonicats LP albums (10" & 12") in my personal library. (Does not include CDs.) Some duplication will be noted, due in most cases to both a monaural and stereo copy. Early LP albums issued in both mono and stereo sometimes resulted in stereo albums having one less track on each side, due to the extra space required by the wider grooves of the stereo version. Other duplication is due to the same album titles released on various "super market" labels, and having a different mix of song titles. A personal plea - I am still looking for a copy of a Mercury LP by Jan August with the Harmonicats, having the songs "Blue Prelude" and "Bewitched". I have both 45 and 78 versions. NOTE: The Mercury album Command Performance included "Bewitched" with Jan August, but not "Blue Prelude". I am also looking for a Columbia LP - title unknown - that includes both "Tuxedo Junction" and "Theme from Hippodrome". (I have these selections on a 45 record.) Please write to: BassHarp
